Upon receiving the equipment, the buyer has a 30-day inspection period to evaluate whether the equipment meets the approved description, specifications, and expectations.

During this period, the equipment must not be used for more than 200 hours. Excessive use may affect eligibility for return or refund review.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return review, the following conditions must be met:

  • The equipment must not be used for more than 200 hours during the inspection period.
  • The equipment must not be damaged after delivery.
  • The equipment must be maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • No unauthorized modifications, alterations, or part removals may be made.
  • All included documents, keys, accessories, and attachments must be returned.

Refund Process

Once the equipment is received and inspected by our team, the refund review will be completed. If all return conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to the original approved payment method within 24 hours of inspection completion.

Refund eligibility may be denied or reduced in the following situations:

  • The 30-day inspection period has expired.
  • The equipment has been used for more than 200 hours.
  • Damage occurred after delivery due to improper use, neglect, or storage.

Final Acceptance

If no return request is submitted within the 30-day inspection period, the transaction may be considered accepted and final. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the equipment carefully immediately after delivery.
